Full Job Description

Join our Wealth Team for a 12-month industrial placement, where you will gain invaluable experience in the world Wealth Planning. This role is ideal for students studying Data Science, Business Management, or related fields who are eager to apply their knowledge in a practical environment. You will work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to live projects that assist with client success and enhance your both educationally and professionally. This role will provide invaluable professional contacts, help to narrow down your career aspirations and potentially secure a full-time job offer after graduation. The role Some of the work you will be involved in include:

  • Assisting in the analysis and interpretation of financial data to support business and client decision-making.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and solutions
  • Collaborate with team members to prepare presentations and reports for internal governance, board reporting amongst other audiences.
  • Support the Wealth Team in the evaluation and implementation strategies.
  • Participate in strategy, project, team and client meetings
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and methodologies.

    In full time university study and be on track to start the final year of your degree in Autumn 2027
  • On track to achieve a 2.1 in your university degree
  • Available to work from summer of 2025
  • Desirable Requirements:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft, particularly Excel
  • A keen interest in financial markets, investment strategies, wealth management and financial advice.
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and development.
