Industry Consulting Sr. Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with solid work experience in the banking domain to lead and oversee critical projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed within scope, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the banking industry., 1. Project Planning:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and cross-functional teams.

- Communicate project progress, status, and changes effectively.

3. Team Leadership:

- Lead project teams, assigning responsibilities and tasks.

- Motivate and guide team members to meet project goals.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

- Monitor project budget and resource utilization.

- Make adjustments as necessary to ensure cost-effectiveness.

5. Risk Management:

- Continuously assess project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

- Implement change management processes as needed.

6. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and compliance requirements in the banking sector.

7. Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Proven end to end Project Management experience, managing large scale projects in the banking domain.

- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulations.

- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to closure.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

- Full P&L and Budget management responsibility for projects managed

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Proficiency in project management tools and software.

- Ability to adapt to changing project priorities and deadlines.
