Full Job Description

Kent County Council is looking to recruit an Infant Feeding Strategy Facilitator to join our thriving public health team for a 2 year fixed term contract role (full-time and hybrid working).

You will need to be an experienced and skilled public health leader with demonstrable experience of working across system boundaries and organisations.

As a strategy facilitator, you will be supporting family hubs activity. You will have a keen interest and enthusiasm for improving the health of the population, a proven track record in delivering public health projects and programmes, demonstrable partnership working, and the ability to embed strategy, policy and guidance to a high standard. The role will be to ensure delivery of actions identified with Infant feeding strategies and report progress.

You will be skilled in facilitating, supporting, monitoring and evaluating to inform activity.

You will have the ability to prioritise competing demands and objectives, coupled with diplomacy and a working knowledge of the start for life and family hub programme.
