Full Job Description

The Business Intelligence Team ensures the efficient and effective gathering of robust performance management information across the company and assists managers to use this information to inform their practice. The team ensures that all statutory and contractual performance reporting is provided both within the company and for stakeholders including commissioners. This team supports managers in ensuring they understand their performance reports and can use them to improve service performance and service user outcomes.

The provision of management information to Directors and Corporate managers to allow them to monitor budgets and drive strategic objectives will also become a key function of the service over time., To provide analysis and business intelligence reporting across the range of health and social care services provided by Sirona, including corporate data and national mandated returns
