Full Job Description

We're excited to announce a new role within our Information Assurance Team, based at our Head Office just outside Abergavenny, South Wales. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering 40 hours a week from Monday to Friday. Plus, we offer hybrid and flexible working arrangements to suit your needs. As an Information Assurance Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our audit processes, ensuring compliance with standards like ISO 27001, LINK, and Sarbanes Oxley. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Keeping departmental policies and administrative processes up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of various documents.
  • Managing document logs and spreadsheets.
  • Providing both ad-hoc and ongoing project administration support.
  • Undertaking other general administrative duties as directed by management.

    We're looking for someone with a keen interest in information security and its impact on financial services. Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, you should have:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A - C.
  • A good level of IT and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel.
