Your focus will be on testing the new systems and functionality, data cleansing, preparing training packages for staff in readiness for online training as well as delivering 121 and group training sessions via Microsoft Teams and in person where appropriate. You will play a key role in directly supporting staff and customers to use the system and provide assistance for common technical problems.
