The role of a Simulated Phishing and Security Awareness Consultant involves overseeing the complete process of simulated phishing exercises for a large multinational workforce. This position offers a unique chance to influence a cultural change in security practices by leading the phishing campaigns for the BG&UK market unit. Additionally, the role encompasses the development and management of security communications and awareness programs, ensuring they are impactful and resonate with the diverse employee base of Bupa. This is a pivotal role in enhancing the overall security posture by fostering awareness and support regarding phishing threats.

How you'll help us make health happen:

- The incumbent will assist in the execution of communication and anti-phishing initiatives throughout the UK Business sectors, serving an audience of around 23,000 employees.

- Oversee the complete lifecycle of phishing campaigns, from conceptualisation to execution.

- Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

- Develop and disseminate educational content on phishing awareness.

- Enhance information security understanding through targeted communication efforts.

- Identify and address human behaviour risks to minimise security incidents.

- Foster collaborative relationships with key business units for integrated delivery.

- Promote ongoing enhancement of security communication strategies.

- Integrate feedback mechanisms for continuous program refinement.

- Establish innovative collaboration methods within the information security sphere.

- Tailor security initiatives to meet diverse employee needs across the organisation.

- Translate technical change requirements into accessible language for all staff levels.

- Advocate for solutions that align with employee needs and risk management standards.

A foundational understanding and enthusiasm for Information Security.

- Experience implementing effective communication strategies and plans

- Experience delivering impactful multi-channel communications

- Excellent stakeholder management and partnership to achieve desired outcomes

- Risk and issue management, collaboration, and driving activities for optimal results

- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, resilience, and alignment with company values

- Understanding of regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with policies

- Proficiency in using various systems and data navigation
