The Information Security Manager UK is a key role in our Energy Asset Management organisation, responsible for ensuring legal compliance and secure operation of our UK power generation and storage assets. This role will collaborate closely with plant and central management, ISO and site personnel to implement an effective information security management system (ISMS). The successful candidate will have a strong background in UK regulatory compliance (NIS/CAF), ISMS and OT Cyber Security.   • Management and operation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
  • In coordination with the Information Security Officer (ISO) and Information Security Representative (ISR), implement the strategy for achieving regulatory compliance (CAF) across the UK portfolio.
  • Maintain the project plan for CAF compliance and highlight upcoming activities, current issues, future risks and solutions to various stakeholders (plant management, ISMS team).
  • Integrate information security standards into operational processes (e.g. supply chain management and risk management).
  • Accountable for security certification, organise and defend the ISMS from internal and external audits.
  • Create and maintain company-specific documentation for information security and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines and business instructions.
  • Analyse and process information security improvements/incidents, and provide necessary support to the sites throughout the incident response process.
  • Act as the first point of contact for OT security-related issues and challenges, as well as central coordinator for OT security.
  • Provide technical consultancy on OT security topics (e.g. asset management, configuration management, network security, security architecture) for local sites.
  • Deliver awareness sessions on cyber security topics, and provide coaching to employees.
  • Report on information security performance to various stakeholders including plant management and central ISMS team.

    Knowledge of the regulatory requirements in the field of critical infrastructure e.g. NIS, CAF and OG086.
  • Industry experience in applying security standards within CNI e.g. IEC 62443 & ISO27001/2/19.
  • Experience with the introduction or operation of an information security management system (ISMS) according to ISO 27001.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence change in the pursuit of security.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working.
  • Degree with information technology (e.g. computer science or information security) or comparable professional experience, especially in the field of process control systems or communication technology.
  • Certification in either of the following is highly preferred: CISM, CISSP, IEC62443 (IC32, IC33, IC34 or IC37), GICSP or GRID.
  • Willingness to travel to Uniper sites in UK, and where required internationally.
