Information Services Admin Officer

The Role:
As an Information Services Officer, you ll be the backbone of the Information Services Team, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both internal and external customers. You'll handle a variety of processes, from responding to requests to ensuring SLAs are met. Collaboration is key you ll work closely with IT colleagues, clients, and third parties.

What You'll Do:

• Update and manage cases in the software system based on third-party responses.


• Produce and distribute remittance advice and client reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.


• Reconcile print runs and resolve any issues with suppliers.


• Analyze data for discrepancies, and collaborate with team members to resolve them.


• Review and link cases in the system for the same customer.


• Upload new work files to the system, ensuring data accuracy.


• Communicate with internal departments, external suppliers, and clients via phone and email.

• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.


• Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to the table.


• Proficient in Excel.
