Full Job Description

The UK Sports Institute have an exciting opportunity for 2 full time Service Desk Agents. We have one position available in the South (Bisham) and one available in the North (Sheffield). Please ensure you apply to the position that matches your desired location.

A snapshot of the role…

As part of the UKSI Information Systems (IS) team, the postholder will provide excellent support, advice and request fulfilment via telephone, email or other relevant medium. Direct onsite support will also be required.

Recording of accurate and concise information using the online Ticketing System including escalation of incidents to appropriate management and S2 resolvers where first-time fix is not possible.

Provide Azure Active Directory and MS Exchange administration support alongside troubleshooting issues within the Microsoft 365 suite
