Full Job Description

  • Provided third-line support as an Infrastructure Analyst, addressing complex technical issues and ensuring the stability and efficiency of IT infrastructure systems.
  • Managed and supported a Microsoft O365 tenancy, including user management, security configurations, and troubleshooting various platform-related issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Maintained a Microsoft Azure environment, overseeing virtual machines, storage solutions, and ensuring optimal performance through continuous monitoring and maintenance.
  • Install and supported server hardware, including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance to ensure reliable and efficient server operations.
  • Administrate Active Directory, managing user accounts, group policies, and ensuring secure and efficient authentication processes.
  • Windows Server administration, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of server roles and features to support business needs.
  • Microsoft Exchange, handling email configurations, migrations, and ensuring robust email communication systems.
  • System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) for deploying, managing, and maintaining software applications and updates across the network
  • Knowledge of Nutanix, HYCU, Intune and PowerShell experience would be advantageous towards this role

    To be considered for this position, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Competent in managing Windows 10/11 environments, including updates, security patches, and troubleshooting user issues to ensure smooth operation.
  • Understanding of Intune for mobile device management, ensuring secure and efficient access to corporate resources.
  • Familiar with various email security platforms, implementing measures to protect against phishing, spam, and other email-borne threats.
  • Knowledgeable in enterprise antivirus solutions, ensuring endpoint protection and compliance with security policies.
  • Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, providing timely and effective support to end-users and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Positive, practical, and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
