Full Job Description

  • Editing high-quality photo and video content using Adobe Suite.

  • Creating content that reflects YPO's values and mission.

  • Planning and managing shoots with team members, senior managers, partners, and customers.

  • Serving as the primary contact for video and photography content, collaborating with external suppliers to maintain YPO's visual brand.

  • Managing and updating the YPO image and video asset bank.

  • We offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid working from home and the office. While events might occasionally fall outside of standard working hours, we support flexible scheduling within the working week.

If you're passionate about creating visual content and eager to contribute to a growing team, we encourage you to apply and help us drive YPO's mission forward.

We are looking for someone with a creative mind, capable of capturing images that align with YPO's branding. You'll have the talent to see the picture and story in ordinary situations, transforming them into compelling visuals that tell a story in line with YPO's mission and brand.

Patience and meticulous attention to detail are crucial, along with the ability to set up shots with precision and creativity. Confidence in building positive relationships both internally and externally will help you excel in this role.

Excellent organisational skills are essential, as you will need to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.

YPO is committed to safeguarding children and promoting the welfare of the children and young people and adults. As such this post is subject to an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

"Our mission is to help the public sector achieve the best possible value when buying products and services across the UK."

YPO has 50 years' experience in giving back to the public sector. Five decades ago, 13 local authorities came together to combine their buying demands and achieve efficiency, and that's when our organisation as it's known today began.

We supply products and services to a wide range of customers including schools, local authorities, charities, emergency services, the public sector, and other businesses such as nurseries and care homes.

We're 100% publicly owned, by our 13 member authorities, which means the profits we make are returned to our public sector customers, delivering even better value for money.
