Are you a Nurse with some experience in a Primary Care setting, or a Paramedic looking for a role to develop your skills in minor illness and injuries? We are looking for full-time hours to be filled only, You'll be joining the team as an Initial Assessment Practitioner, triaging patients who present at our modern, purpose built centre. We're looking for Nurses and Paramedics with the same passion for quality care that our team share, to build on the excellent reputation of the centre while constantly learning and developing. delivering first point contact care for patients, assessing individuals health needs. Prioritise patient care and monitor the waiting area and communicate with patients and relatives as appropriate. As we are a 7 day service we are looking for Nurses or Paramedics who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and our shifts range from 7.5 hours 12.5 hours and as we understand the need for flexible working are also open to discussing hours that suit you.

  • Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current registration with the NMC or HCPC
  • 6 months Post qualification experience including experience in an acute setting
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
