Full Job Description

Set and optimize injection moulding processes for peak performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve process and production issues.
Maintain accurate departmental records and reports.
Provide support to tool design and production functions.
Identify and rectify defective equipment.
Act as deputy for the Assistant Manager when required.
Assist in developing and supporting colleagues within the department.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
Perform additional tasks as needed, aligned with your capabilities.

Hands-on experience in injection moulding settings.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
