Full Job Description
The Process Technician is tasked with supporting all machines in production / Lab ensuring the machines are running efficiently with the most suitable process to allow quality approved products to be made.
What You'll Be Doing
Reporting daily to the senior Process Technician
Carry out mould tool changes as scheduled or required.
Process and adapt moulding conditions to produce QC approved components.
Assist mould shop Supervisors in obtaining First Off approval at the start of each production batch.
Complete production paperwork as required.
Liaise with the Tool Room and QC departments as required.
Carry out other such tasks as required from time to time.
Ensure and assist in always maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
In depth experience of Injection moulding processes and associated parameters
In depth experience of mould mounting using overhead gantry and hoist
Good understanding of mold tool construction and architecture
Experience with 6 axis robots would be advantageous
Computer competency and literacy to include emails, Word, Excel, document creation
Experience of ISO 14644 clean room operations
Experience of ISO 9001 and 13485 operations
Experience of Health and Safety/safe working practices
Previous manufacturing experience desirable
Strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted

Ability to work to deadlines
