Full Job Description
Important note for candidates - unfortunately we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role and the minimum number of working hours required is 22.5 per week. We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our team at Coalville Community Hospital. Ward 1 provides sub-acute care, palliative care and rehabilitation and Ward 2 provides specialist stroke care. You must have experience of working in health or social care and be able to contribute to the care of our patients with kindness, compassion and empathy. The wards are led by nurses and you will work under their guidance as part of a very supportive team. You will be required to complete the Care Certificate if you do not already hold it and we actively encourage on-going development. The post will provide cover over a twenty-four hour per day, seven day a week rota with shifts being 7.5 or 11.5 hours in length to meet the needs of the service. Full time and part time posts are available.,
- Undertaking clinical observations and providing clinical care as delegated.

- Accurately recording patient information.
- Working collaboratively and co-operatively with others to meet the needs of patients and their families., patterns in line with our flexible working policy.
