Full Job Description

Sales Prospecting and Cold Calling:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.

  • Schedule appointments for the area sales manager to further explore potential business relationships.


  • Customer Understanding and Qualification:
  • Thoroughly understand and qualify customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

  • Employ effective communication and active listening skills to build rapport with potential clients.


  • Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster business retention and growth.

  • Actively engage in client feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs.


  • CRM Utilization and Reporting:
  • Input detailed visit reports into the custom CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Monitor and analyze relevant data to enhance sales strategies and customer relationships.


  • Customer Advisory and Quoting:
  • Provide expert advice to both existing and potential customers.

  • Generate quotes aligned with customer potential and requirements.


  • Proactive Customer Communication:
  • Regularly update customers on new products, promotional opportunities, events, and other relevant information.

  • Conduct periodic check-ins to maintain a proactive and informed relationship.


  • Sales Strategy Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Contribute ideas to achieve collective sales targets.


  • Target Setting and Achievement:
  • Set achievable sales targets in collaboration with management.

  • Work diligently to meet or exceed set sales goals.


  • Phone Communication:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within the sales team.
