Sales Prospecting and Cold Calling:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
- Schedule appointments for the area sales manager to further explore potential business relationships.
- Thoroughly understand and qualify customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Employ effective communication and active listening skills to build rapport with potential clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster business retention and growth.
- Actively engage in client feedback sessions to understand their evolving needs.
- Input detailed visit reports into the custom CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor and analyze relevant data to enhance sales strategies and customer relationships.
- Provide expert advice to both existing and potential customers.
- Generate quotes aligned with customer potential and requirements.
- Regularly update customers on new products, promotional opportunities, events, and other relevant information.
- Conduct periodic check-ins to maintain a proactive and informed relationship.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Contribute ideas to achieve collective sales targets.
- Set achievable sales targets in collaboration with management.
- Work diligently to meet or exceed set sales goals.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Direct calls to the appropriate personnel and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within the sales team.
- Share insights and collaborate to enhance overall team performance.
Communication Skills: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively.
- Proficient in using software applications for sales purposes.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other relevant tools.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a team.
- Experience in cold calling within a B2C or B2B environment.
- Ability to work with processes and maintain a comprehensive overview.
- Charismatic personality, capable of problem-solving, and adept at working under pressure.
