Full Job Description

Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting regional business development to open new markets and target new potential clients. You will introduce and promote Emarsys' products through a mix of warm and cold leads by following up with warm and cold calls or virtual meetings. You will work closely with Emarsys regional marketing team to generate and nurture a pipeline of qualified sales leads and assist Sales Managers in closing business deals. An ideal candidate possesses a high level of learning agility, persistence, competitiveness partnered with a keen interest in technology and digital marketing. This role is a perfect introduction to a successful sales career in SaaS space, and we sincerely hope you will build it within our Emarsys global organization! YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Proactive research and identification of sales leads through outbound cold calls and emails within the targeted market
  • Thoughtful lead nurturing, which result in sales opportunities and successful client appointments
  • Booking and preparing meetings with potential clients for External Sales Managers
  • Maintain a highly consultative approach via phone and email at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Accurate pipeline and forecast delivery to sales management by utilizing the Salesforce platform
  • Continuously expand your industry expertise by using internal tools and resources

    Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, lead generation or phone fundraising
  • Firm grasp and a keen interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and cloud technology
  • Effective communication skills - engaged listening and articulate, persuasive speaking skills combined with a confident phone demeanor
  • Previous exposure to business intelligence (BI), marketing automation, digital marketing, cloud or CRM software industries is highly desirable but not a must
  • Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on data, timeframes, and process
  • A deep desire to grow your career in sales and transition into different roles within Emarsys
  • Fluent English. Knowledge of Swedish or Danish would be an advantage
