The role of Insights Manager, sits within the Field Insight team that supports an area of 2000+ people. Particular focus in this role is on managing up to 6 Insight Specialists. Their roles cover a breadth of topics, including service truck demand, Field KPIs and OFCOM AutoComp. They are all heavily analytical in nature and involve deriving insight and value from data stored in GCP. We're seeking passionate individuals who can inspire and coach a dedicated team of analysts to deliver innovative, value-added insights.   • Degree in Numeracy or equivalent
  • Significant analytical work experience
  • Experience Line managing a team
  • The other stuff we are looking for
  • Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels with the ability to tell a story with data
  • Confident in Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of SQL an advantage
  • Flexible approach to work and able to perform under pressure
