The Position

Joining a vibrant Insights team, the aim of the Insight Analyst position is to ensure that the organisation helps to deliver the aims of being Customer and Data driven. (Set out in the Transform-D strategy). You will play a crucial role taking a variety of data (market & commercial intelligence, customer satisfaction, healthcare data) and supporting decision making at the highest level by developing actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Develop comprehensive Market Size & Share reporting to support the UK&I business planning process.

  • Responsible for supporting the creation and execution of the UK & Ireland Customer Experience (Cx) Strategy, to champion embedding customer insights into daily processes of our employees via different channels.

  • To support the delivery of a robust and systematic approach to Cx Measurement, to be a thought leader and role model for data driven decision making based on customer insights

  • Identify key market trends & opportunities & build into a dynamic SWOT tool, to enable business decisions

  • Carry out Market Research (both Quantitative and Qualitative) into specific topics

  • Use external healthcare data sources to drive data driven and targeted marketing and sales campaigns

  • Potential additional team leadership across data analysis and reporting projects.


  • Who you are:

  • Degree level education or equivalent in data focused subject

  • Proven experience in data driven roles

  • Track record of designing and implementing Customer Experience Metrics

  • Experience of leading critical market research projects (quantitative & qualitative)

  • Confidence to lead on healthcare data projects using external data providers

  • Good understanding of the UK Healthcare market and available data sources

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights with experience in data analysis and visualisation tools

  • Understanding of and interest in the latest Customer Experience theory

  • Up to date knowledge of innovative Market Research techniques

  • Analytical and questioning mindset

  • Skilled at building strong networks both inside and outside the company

  • Strong influencing skills

  • Ability to express ideas fluently and eloquently both in writing and verbally

  • Agile learner
