Full Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Insolvency Administrator to become a valuable member of our team in Chatham or London with exciting opportunities for training and personal growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to build a career and explore the field of Insolvency. As an Insolvency Administrator, your responsibility will be to assist the Restructuring team. From day one, you'll be actively involved in handling cases and will contribute to the provision of excellent service to a diverse range of clients. On-the-job training will be provided to fully integrate you into this role. About the role

  • Handle and advance assigned insolvency cases, both personal and corporate, under the supervision and guidance of senior colleagues.
  • Ensure client restructuring tasks are accomplished within budget whenever feasible and are executed in accordance with the established standards of the department.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for larger tasks overseen by senior colleagues as part of the overall contact plan.
  • Assisting with formal insolvency appointments.
  • Dealing with asset recoveries.
  • Dealing with a variety of creditor claims.
  • General case administration.

    Organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Good eye for detail and an inquisitive nature.
  • Ability to deal with sensitive information in a compassionate manner.
  • Commercial approach, empathetic in nature and self-motivated.
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
  • 5 GCSE's or equivalent at grade C or above including English Language and Maths.
  • Ideally experience in corporate insolvency.
