Are you a passionate teacher who thrives on supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Our SEND school in Camden is seeking an inspiring and dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to lead a class of dynamic learners with diverse needs. Role Overview: As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will have the opportunity to shape and support the academic journey of students with SEND. You will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized lesson plans, providing tailored interventions, and offering a nurturing, inclusive environment for all students.,

  • Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons for KS2 students with SEND.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff to meet individual learning needs.
  • Track and monitor student progress, adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Implement and update Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and ensure they align with each student's learning goals.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and carers to ensure ongoing support for each child.

    Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching KS2 students, particularly those with SEND.
  • A creative, adaptive, and patient approach to teaching.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to providing an inclusive learning experience for all students.
