Full Job Description

Reporting into the Fulfilment Manager, the Fulfilment Planner will be responsible for effectively managing new civil work installations through to commissioning. To effectively liaise with team members and other departments within Flogas relating to any civil work issues. To assist with the administration of the civil work installations and upgrades of Bulk LPG sites, whilst maintaining a good working relationship between the customer and Flogas UK Ltd and suppliers.

  • Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers
  • Competent telephone skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels
  • Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
  • Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages, Supply chain: 1 year (preferred)
