Full Job Description

Reporting to the Distributions Manager you will be an active member of the Installation Team on site at Customers premises, representing the business with Customers in matters relating to installation and ensuring that all aspects of this job description are met and maintained to a standard acceptable by the Company.,

  • Ensure that you behave in a professional manner at all times and that your actions do not bring the Company's name into disrepute.
  • Perform the tasks that have been allocated to you and help to ensure all aspects of an installation run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Help to ensure that all relevant information relating to Customer, Product and Performance issues are communicated effectively to the Distribution Office.
  • Help to ensure that all necessary paperwork, such as Delivery Notes, DNA's, RMA's, Collection Notes, Customer Care Report Forms are returned in a timely manner and with any relevant information clearly attached.
  • In the event of any products being returned to site, ensure that all returns are clearly labelled and placed in the relevant area (Installs Returns Bay). Wherever possible items should not be left on Vehicles. If for some reason items are left on a vehicle, this should be noted on the notice board in the warehouse.
  • Ensure that you are smart and presentable at all times and are wearing Gresham branded uniform and appropriate PPE.
  • Liaise with the Installation Manager on a daily basis to ensure that the Installation Team is running efficiently. Schedules must be adhered to once they have been issued. Members of the Installation team are not permitted to reorganise teams or jobs around unless this has been authorised by either the Distribution Manager, Distribution Administrator or Assistant Supervisor. Any changes made must be immediately communicated to the Distribution Office.
  • Help to ensure that all vehicles are kept clean and adequately maintained by ensuring that all litter is removed by all members of the Installation Team and reporting any defects.
  • OTHER DUTIES:
  • Action other duties as delegated.
  • GENERAL:
  • C1 Licence desirable but not essential as training will be provided
  • Attend meetings, conferences, promotions, seminars and training courses as required
  • Ensure BS EN ISO 9002 requirements are adhered to.
