Full Job Description

Arval Total Care (ATC) offers a wide range of services in one simple package for a fixed monthly cost, backed by the expertise of Arval. Maintenance is included, covering routine servicing, tyres and repairs, to reduce unexpected bills and you'll also have additional benefits such as Accident Management and Breakdown Assistance. As the ATC Team leader you will play a key role in ongoing ATC product growth. You will maintain excellent customer relationships through onboarding to in-life activity and take ownership of challenges with a solution-focused mindset. Over the first 3-6 months you'll be given time to learn and develop, product and team knowledge before assuming team leader responsibilities. Once you take Team Leader responsibilities, you'll maintain excellent customer relationships through onboarding to in-life activity and take ownership of challenges with a solution-focused mindset. You will be working closely with accident management team. As well as managing a team of two with the opportunity for the team to grow with the product. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Influencing engineering decisions and supporting our risk management approach, including input into quarterly customer review meetings.
  • Monthly SLA scorecard qualification.
  • Managing complaints escalations.
  • Liaising with suppliers to optimise product performance service levels.
  • Reporting progress and performance to team management

    What we're looking for As our ATC Team leader, you will be solution-oriented, tackling challenges with enthusiasm and identifying resulting opportunities for product growth. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Confidence in managing a team and challenging where necessary.
  • Good level of commercial awareness.
  • Problem solving - able to manage through to conclusion using own initiative.
  • An analytical approach with the ability to support with Excel reports and communicate results in a clear, concise manner would be an advantage.
