Insurance Sales Consultant

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Sales Advisors. In this outbound sales role, you will contact warm leads from the largest comparison websites. After an initial induction and approximately 3-6 weeks working from our Milton Keynes office hub, you ll have the flexibility to work fully remotely once compliant. • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from top comparison websites.
• Engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Build strong relationships to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Accurately record customer details and outcomes using the CRM system.
• Maintain a professional attitude, contributing to a positive team culture.
  
  Proven track record in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-focused role.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own performance.
• Basic IT skills for CRM system usage and tracking.
• Flexibility to work two late shifts per week (until 7 pm) and one weekend per month.
• Prevous sales/ business development/ insurance experiance would be ideal but not essential as full training is provided

• £1,000/month retainer to provide a stable income base.
• OTE of £60,000 per year, with top performers earning up to £100,000.
