Intake Coordinator (Cats)

We are seeking a new Cattery Intake Coordinator to join our Old Windsor team, to effectively coordinate the intake of cats to Battersea Old Windsor by acting as the main point of contact for all cat intake enquiries and customers at Battersea Old Windsor, managing our capacity and waiting lists, as well as admitting cats on a daily basis, including all associated documentation and administration. This is a very meaningful role where you will work directly with the cats, impacting their lives., We are also committed to providing learning and development to our employees. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with experience of working with cats, strong customer service skills, and experience of dealing with sensitive issues with empathy and resilience.
