  • Working within the Assurance and Compliance Team, the Integrated Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for objectively evaluating and developing the Integrated Management System of Mace Dragados and the Subcontractors, to determine the extent to which normative requirements, contractual requirements and obligations are fulfilled on the HS2 Euston Station Project for ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001.

    You'll be responsible for:
  • Promote the HSSEQ (Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality) within the Project Team, Consultants and Subcontractors.

  • Develop, implement and maintain process and procedures key to the framework for the management system.

  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Team to establish and streamline common processes & systems.

  • Support & prepare programme Management Review.

  • Develop, implement and maintain a risk based HSSEQ Audit Programme for Mace Dragados and Subcontractors.

  • Plan and execute internal, external & client audits in accordance with the Audit Procedure and the Project Audit Programme.

  • Perform Quarterly Reviews of the Audit Programme.

  • Prepare Audit Reports and Non-conformance Reports.

  • Agree appropriate corrective actions with auditees and follow-up on the completion of corrective actions within agreed timelines.

  • Ensure that all non-conforming processes are managed in accordance with the Non-conformance Procedure.

  • Facilitate closure of Non-conformance Reports subsequent to effective implementation of the proposed corrective actions.

  • Maintain the Audit Action Register and evaluate process non-conformance to identify trends and areas of risk in the QMS.

  • Highlight & promote areas of best practices and continual improvement.

  • Work autonomously alongside the Assurance & Compliance team, driving the internal audit activities and reporting to ensure project KPI and Target are met.

    Knowledgeable in ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO 19011

  • ISO27001 knowledge (desired)

  • Proven knowledge of audit principles, practices and techniques.

  • Audit management skills.

  • Interviewing skills.

  • Note-taking and report-writing skills.

  • Knowledge and use of Management Tools and Techniques for root cause analysis and process improvement.

  • Analytical skills and the ability to produce statistical analysis to demonstrate trends.

  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification.

  • ISO 14001:2015 Lead Auditor Certification.

  • ISO 45001 Lead Auditor Certification.

  • Qualification in Quality, Safety or Environmental Management or equivalent knowledge and experience.

  • Relevant experience auditing Management Systems.

  • Experience working in large infrastructure projects.

  • Previous experience in a similar role with aligned responsibilities & accountabilities.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Fluent English - written & verbal.

  • IRCA Registered Auditor. (Desired)

  • Membership of an appropriate professional body. (Desired)

  • ISO27001 experience (Desired)
