Full Job Description

  • People Manager: You model, coach, care in your team's career development. You ensure your team has a shared understanding of business objectives and the work accrues to these objectives. You lead your teams through change and resolution of complex issues or blockers.
  • Integrated Marketing Planning: You drive the implementation of local scale events marketing strategy and integrated events marketing plans aligned to the UK business strategy and priorities to deliver marketing objectives (e.g., acquisition, nurture, re-engagement) in close alignment with global strategy and the global event framework. You ensure plans reflect the importance of connected customer journeys and data driven decision making while leveraging appropriate target lists and digital tools and optimizing based on insights and local market knowledge.
  • Data-driven Decision Making: You draw insights from aggregate analyses and key performance indicator (KPI) reports to inform long-term event marketing and business-planning decision making. You maintain and review events marketing related spend against planned estimates and ensure event delivery is consistent with marketing plan and is progressing appropriately.
  • Integrated Marketing Execution: You review event marketing activities for any gaps with global guidance and compliance standards (e.g., accessibility, privacy, security, area company brand). You drive change management and communication across various stakeholders while leveraging knowledge of work being done on team, and the work of other teams, to drive collaboration efforts.

    Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 7+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
  • OR equivalent experience, Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 10+ years integrated marketing (e.g., campaign planning and execution, digital marketing), event management, program management, marketing operations (including campaign reporting and analysis), or related work experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 6+ years marketing leadership and team management experience
  • Experience working in a global international role is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the technology market in particular cloud and AI, and its dynamic and competitive landscape

The Integrated Marketing Lead (IML) manages and leads a team of Integrated Marketing Managers (IMMs) and Customer Advocacy. Your team owns integrated marketing planning, execution, and optimization driving customer acquisition and nurture as prioritized by the Business Groups and Sales and delivering demand signals in the form of marketing insights, recommendations, and new contacts to our Sellers. As a strong advocate for connected sales and marketing, you lead the connection between senior leaders across our Sales, Marketing and Partner organizations as well as back into the EMEA and Corporate Marketing teams. You drive your team to maximize local marketing investments by fully exploiting all global content and marketing services, and augmenting local work aligned to global strategies.
