Full Job Description

  • Lead the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) in the generation of the UK & international IMS across the programme lifecycle for key Enablers & PM
  • Provide monthly updates of management reporting to internal & external management
  • Support in the delivery of a coherent management update to the Programme Director on IMS development on a weekly basis
  • Lead on the dissemination of the MoD led MDAL (Master Document Assumption List) into the IMS
  • Risk and Opportunity identification across UK industry understanding probability and impact analysis
  • Identification of dependencies across UK industry into the IMS ensuring linkages are understood
  • Work with the IMS & SRA (Schedule Risk Analysis) Manager & Lead to support the running of an SRA on the IMS
  • Lead the generation of critical path and near critical path items for your areas
  • Generation of high level manager reporting information (One Pager Pro) to support programme reviews

    Relevant Project Management qualifications, or equivalent experience, eg APM or Prince 2
  • Scheduling experience, building, integrating and delivering schedules, using tools such as MS Project, or P6
  • Line management experience
  • Good stakeholder management experience, with the ability to work with people at all levels and functions across the business

    Salary: £54,793 + depending on experience, You'll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
