Full Job Description

As an Integration Developer your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions that enable seamless communication and data exchange between disparate systems. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements, design integration workflows, and implement scalable and robust solutions. Your role involves working with integration platforms, tools, and technologies to ensure the reliable and efficient flow of data across the organization. The successful Integration Developer must have knowledge in SQL server and SSMS. You must be technically minded, be able to problem solve, have the ability to work autonomously and part of a team, whilst being enthusiastic to learn and develop. Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy integration solutions using integration platforms, middleware, and programming languages.
  • Integration Platforms and Tools: Work with integration platforms such as SSMS, Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Logic Apps and Azure Functions to build and deploy integration solutions.
  • Data Transformation and Mapping: Implement data transformation logic to convert data formats, structures, and protocols between source and target systems.
  • Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of integration solutions. Troubleshoot issues, debug errors, and implement fixes to ensure smooth operation of integration processes.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Document integration designs, configurations, and implementation details to support ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of integration solutions with business requirements.

    We are seeking a methodical, attentive and self-motivated Integration Developer to join and strengthen our existing IT team due to increased work load., Understanding of Mears and our contracts
  • Proven experience as an integration developer or similar role
  • Knowledge of data integration concepts and technologies
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality integration solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
