Full Job Description

The purpose of this role is to facilitate the successful coming together of IPC EMEA and IPC APAC organisations to establish a single international business operation, to ensure long term security of our services for franchisees, in a rapidly changing market.

Accountable for …

  • Leading Programme and workstream activity planning, dependency management, and critical path analysis.

  • Driving Programme/workstream scope definition, in alignment with programme strategy, and validated against industry best practices.

  • Ensuring integration approach aligns with corporate strategy. Support ELTs & Execs evolve integration strategic thinking.

  • Driving creation of the programme budget, benefits & KPI targets and establishing a benefit & KPI tracking regime.

  • Ensuring programme is kept within agreed budget, undertaking forecasting and scenario planning. Periodically assess opportunities to extend/further benefits.

  • Devising programme-specific governance where appropriate, maintaining adherence to overall corporate governance controls. Ensure periodic audit & refine where needed. Report status to Execs + Boards. Run the Steerco/Exec meetings.

  • Managing the programme risk profile working with Enterprise Risk to align on risk tolerance.

  • Devising consultant management strategy, undertaking selection and facilitating the drafting of work package contracts alongside Legal. Drive maximising vendor performance / output.

  • Working with ELT to establish programme internal resourcing needs,support mobilisation of selected programme resources. Continuously assessing any opportunities for evolving resourcing approach / structure.

  • Running periodic Retrospectives to ensure a learning programme culture, which drives continuous improvement.

  • Supporting Communications formulate the key programme messaging throughout.

    We also provide a range of in-house support services, value-add initiatives and retail technology solutions for restaurant teams to help with day-to-day operations.

    Today, IPC EMEA operates on a global, regional, and local level to source high quality products at the best value for Franchisees, managing over £1.5 billion worth of contracts and partnering with other IPCs across the world where it makes sense to do so, to get the best possible service and prices.
