Full Job Description
The role serves to protect intellectual property of the AGCO group by working closely with the engineering department to mine and assess inventions and prepare and prosecute patent applications. Furthermore, the role serves to identify and assess risk of infringement of third-party IP rights from engineering and manufacturing operations and provide advice to product development teams. Your Impact
- You will be drafting and prosecuting patent applications.
- You will be advising business stakeholders regarding IP risk from third party patents.
- You will be revaluing AGCO patents to monitor for infringement by third parties, taking action to enforce those patents when necessary., You will work hybrid 2-3 days a week in our Stoneleigh, Warwickshire site purpose to team up with your wonderful AGCO colleagues. - Technical Bachelor´s or Master´s degree.
- Qualified or 'finals standard' Chartered UK patent attorney or European patent attorney.
- Background in electronics or physics-based discipline a preference.
- Confirmed work experience in the specified field
