Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Director to join us at London Coliseum Theatre for an 18 month fixed-term contract. As the Interim Commercial Director, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and driving the new commercial strategy for the London Coliseum Theatre during a pivotal period.

This role focuses on key revenue-generating streams, including food and beverage (F&B), ancillary sales, retail, and space hire. Working closely with the Executive Team and as a member of the Senior Management, you will develop a sustainable 5-year Commercial Strategy. You will manage commercial operations, working with the Head of Theatre Operations and Risk to optimise income opportunities, ensure high-quality customer experiences, and alignment with the theatre's broader strategic goals.

The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering commercial success in a similar role, ideally in the theatre, arts, hospitality, or events sector. We are looking for someone with strong experience in managing F&B operations, retail, and ancillary sales in a high-profile venue, along with excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
