Full Job Description

  • Design and execute internal communication strategies for a key end of year project.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
  • Create a project model that takes employees on a structured journey.
  • Quickly embed within the organisation to understand culture and structure.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver timely communication.
  • Implement strategies to drive engagement and alignment with the project goals.
  • This role would suit a contract professional operating on a LTD company basis, who specialises in project management work and employee engagement. Flexible working is available and hybrid model can be negotiated.

  • Proven background in internal communications and employee engagement.
  • Experience in project management and delivering results within tight deadlines is essential.
  • Experience embedding within international organisations quickly to make impact on delivering key projects with minimal managerial support.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development frameworks for employee engagement is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

We're looking for an Interim Communications & Employee Engagement Manager to join our team in Kings Hill, UK on a 3 month Fixed Term Contract. We are seeking a dedicated Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager on a 3-month FTC to lead and implement the strategy to launch a key project by early 2025. This role requires embedding quickly within the organisation and crafting a strategy that resonates with staff at all levels, guiding them through a transformative journey. Experience in Learning & Development would be highly advantageous, as the position focuses on engaging employees and delivering an impactful communications strategy in a very short timeframe.
