Are you passionate about shaping the future of education and creating outstanding learning experiences? We are looking for an exceptional Curriculum Manager to lead and develop the curriculum provision at one of our college campuses.

In this dynamic and challenging role, you will provide leadership and innovation in curriculum development to ensure our programs meet the needs of our learners, employers, and the local community. Your work will play a vital role in supporting the local skills improvement plan and fostering economic growth through strong links with the local authority and businesses.,

  • Lead Curriculum Development: Oversee and enhance the curriculum design and delivery across the campus, ensuring programs are innovative, responsive to the job market, and aligned with the needs of learners and employers.

  • Support Learner Success: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure learners achieve outstanding outcomes and develop the skills needed for their future careers.

  • Manage Teams: Lead and manage teaching, support, and technical staff to deliver high-quality education, set high expectations, and drive continuous improvement across all curriculum areas.

  • Build Community and Business Links: Develop strong relationships with local authorities, schools, employers, and community partners to create work placement opportunities, community-based initiatives, and clear progression pathways for learners.

  • Drive Strategic Objectives: Achieve key targets for learner success, financial performance, and curriculum quality while supporting the Group's ambition to become outstanding., As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education at our colleges. You will have the opportunity to lead innovative projects, work with diverse teams, and make a significant impact on our learners' success and the local community.
