Interim Curriculum Manager

Your work will play a vital role in supporting the local skills improvement plan and fostering economic growth through strong links with the local authority and businesses.,

• Lead Curriculum Development: Oversee and enhance the curriculum design and delivery across the campus, ensuring programs are innovative, responsive to the job market, and aligned with the needs of learners and employers.


• Support Learner Success: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure learners achieve outstanding outcomes and develop the skills needed for their future careers.


• Manage Teams: Lead and manage teaching, support, and technical staff to deliver high-quality education, set high expectations, and drive continuous improvement across all curriculum areas.


• Build Community and Business Links: Develop strong relationships with local authorities, schools, employers, and community partners to create work placement opportunities, community-based initiatives, and clear progression pathways for learners.


• Drive Strategic Objectives: Achieve key targets for learner success, financial performance, and curriculum quality while supporting the Group's ambition to become outstanding., As a Curriculum Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of education at our colleges.
