Full Job Description

Responsible for the management of the relationship, trading and operation of Jimmy Choo's online concession and marketplace and wholesale partners.,

  • Manage the relationships between Jimmy Choo and our online wholesale and concession partners across all aspects of E-Commerce operations, marketing and trading, to grow the business, and drive strategic improvements through insight, planning and execution
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of reporting for distribution on a weekly, monthly and seasonal basis, presenting trade results in key stakeholder meetings. Leverage these to draw conclusive insights, highlighting opportunities and react accordingly
  • Implement an on-brand luxury, yet commercially balanced trading & marketing strategy to achieve budgeted sales and profit targets
  • Over-see seasonal collection launches across all wholesale and concession websites, ensuring the timely upload of products onto the sites, photography, product descriptions, pricing and inventory management meets the Jimmy Choo brand tone of voice and brand identity
  • Partner with Director of Omnichannel Trading and Partnerships on sales forecasting, seasonal trading plans and sharing analysis to drive cross channel performance
  • Work with the Global E-Commerce teams to ensure that our wholesale and concession partners work in collaboration with our own marketing efforts, protecting our own online business whilst maximising partnership opportunities
  • Work with the Global Brand Marketing teams to ensure that all marketing communications reflect own brand tone of voice and brand identity at all times
  • Partner with the EMEA Wholesale team in all efforts through seasonal collection launches, trade, buying, and on-boarding new partners across concession, wholesale and marketplace
  • Partner with regional Buying & Merchandising leads to develop the concession partners product assortment and buying strategy, providing reporting and analysis to assist with planning, monitoring sales and sell-thrus to help plan re-order and replenishment opportunities
  • Oversee management of intake of all seasonal deliveries & timely processing into the partner warehouses where appropriate
  • Work closely with Stock Control to manage stock accuracy, and plan and execute bi-annual stocktakes
  • Accountable for on-site merchandising across all wholesale and concession websites, ensuring product positioning drives commercial targets whilst correctly representing the brand
  • Manage, plan and forecast the Partnerships Marketing budget
  • Monitor competitor trends and activity, making recommendations to drive sales
  • Line management of the Ecommerce Partnerships Trading Coordinator

    E-Commerce Merchandising/Trading experience working within a fashion retail background, preferably within a luxury brand
  • Experience of previously working with wholesale, concession or marketplace partners is advantageous
  • Commercially aware with a strong trading focus to maximise sales and profit opportunities
  • Excellent industry knowledge together with a strong awareness of market trends and our global competitor set
  • Strong organisational and management skills
  • Able to demonstrate sound decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Management experience
