Financial Controls Manager (3x Fixed Term Contracts - 6 Months)

We are seeking three Financial Controls Managers to join our team on a 3-6-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our financial operations are robust, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and enhance financial control frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.


• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.


• Drive process improvements to optimise efficiency, accuracy, and control in financial reporting.


• Provide expert guidance on financial control matters, supporting senior management in decision-making.

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA Accountant, or equivalent experience


• Demonstrate strong skills in data analytics, process mapping, project management, auditing and internal control programmes


• Hold a business-improvement mindset


• Experience in coaching and educating stakeholders


• IT general controls experience preferred


• A strong understanding of financial statements and identifying risk


• Strong interpersonal, collaborative and conflict resolution skills
