Interim Head of Compliance - 12-24 month FTC

We're looking for an Interim Head of Compliance in AXA Global Healthcare, to help lead our compliance function, ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader to drive a culture of Compliance and Integrity within a global organisation.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, at one of our selected office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.
What you'll be doing:

Undertake a deep and thorough review across the key dimensions of regulatory compliance for AGH and implement appropriate rectifications.
Lead the relationship between AGH UK and the Financial Conduct Authority.
Guide the Implement AXA France and AXA Group Compliance and Regulatory initiatives, policy and processes in relation to the business.
Be a member of the Risk and Audit Committee and AGH Senior Leadership Team.
Provide support to the wider Risk and Compliance function providing advice on general regulatory compliance, financial crime and governance matters.
