You'll oversee a range of critical HR functions, including compliance, talent acquisition, and learning and development, ensuring operations run smoothly during this key period.

  • Drive HR Strategy: Lead the implementation of the People Strategy, ensuring the organisation meets key deliverables and maintains high standards.
  • Ensure compliance: Maintain adherence to HR policies, legal requirements, and organisational objectives.
  • Oversee HR operations: Manage the HR, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development teams, ensuring daily activities align with organisational goals.
  • Foster recognition: Promote rewards and recognition programmes that motivate and engage employees.
  • Deliver timely benefits: Ensure accurate and prompt administration of employee benefits in line with timelines.
  • Support learning initiatives:Collaborate with the L&D Partner to design and implement impactful learning and development programmes.
  • Enhance internal communications: Partner with the Marketing team to deliver engaging internal communications aligned with organisational events.
  • Resolve employee concerns: Provide expert guidance on employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Leverage data insights: Analyse HR metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
