We have an exciting opportunity for a Interim Head of Events, Recruitment and Engagement to join our team. This role is perfect for a visionary leader looking to develop and grow an already successful area of our wider Marketing and Engagement department further, within a supportive and dynamic environment.

An exciting opportunity has become available to join our ambitious and talented Marketing and Engagement Team as Interim Head of Events, Recruitment, and Engagement where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our overall marketing and engagement strategy. Your primary focus will be to enhance the visibility of our colleges through target-driven, innovative events, conferences, and engagement initiatives that drive recruitment across multiple markets and bolster our reputation among stakeholders both internally and externally. You will also lead on the development of systems and processes that support the delivery of the marketing and engagement strategy including evaluating performance of engagements and customer feedback for continuous improvement. Savvy with numbers, an excellent communicator and with outstanding organisational skills, you will be providing effective leadership to the Recruitment, Events & Engagement function primarily, inspiring, supporting and
motivating your team to maximise performance and help build on our positive team culture.

You should possess a blend of essential skills and qualities to suit working in our dynamic environment. We are seeking enthusiastic candidates with strong leadership qualities and excellent project management and organisational skills, coupled with exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Proficiency in IT such as Microsoft Office Suite is essential and experience working with digital tools such as Canva and social media platforms would be extremely beneficial to enable to you to hit the ground running in this position. Attention to detail, the ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions and meeting fast-paced deadlines are also important attributes . Additionally, candidates should demonstrate suitability for working with children and young people and confidence with public speaking. Motivation, initiative, dynamism, and a relentless pursuit of excellence are integral traits we are also seeking in potential candidates.
