Interim Home / Service Manager - Elderley Care

They have a really interesting opportunity for an experienced Interim Home/Service Manager to lead the care home on continuing to improving the standard of care and culture within the services. You will be a visible leader able to give advice and hold people to account whilst ensuring a no blame and open culture is achieved.

The successful candidate needs experience of managing and running elderly care services. You will be used to leading team and have specific experience of turning around the standard of care within services. Ideally you will be an RGN or RMN with an active PIN, although this is not essential.
