Interim Priest in Charge, St Nicholas Hayes (0.5) and Assistant Mission Enabler for South Hillingdon

An exciting new role, working closely with the recently appointed Mission Enabler. You will work collaboratively across 14 churches in South Hillingdon, seeking to bring them together around common ambitions, resulting in a coordinated plan of growth and building a sustainable legacy of renewed parish churches as well as new worshipping communities.

Be a good and prayerful listener, skilled in developing lay leadership and encouraging others
Have a passion for the renewal and impact of the church through parish structures
Preferably have experience of church planting, revitalisation, or new worshipping communities.
Have high levels of organisational skills and strong emotional intelligence.
