Full Job Description
My client are a healthcare provider in the East Midlands and are going through change in a few of their services. This particular role will support their deaf care services at one of their sites. Please note that with the service supporting patients who are deaf/hard of hearing, it is imperative that the project manager coming in is able to communicate and understand using BSL (British Sign Language). Please note this is not negotiable. I am looking for an Interim Project Manager to join their team and lead on a number of change initiatives around communication, IT, operations and administration. The role itself is new and will form a part of a newly formed project team which will look to improve services across their deaf care services and look to elevate the offering for patients, staff and relatives. Examples of the projects are below -
- IT - Patient and relative portals and system change
- Communication - Electronic devices on site, from tablets, to televisions, and patient communication systems -looking at the impact and benefits.
- Policies and documentation - Ways of improvement,
- People and Processes
- Training This is a really exciting role where someone will get an opportunity to really shape a service and drive change for the service users.
If you are able to communicate in BSL, are a solid project manager and looking to make a real change, then please reach out to me for a further discussion.
Our mission is to change the way people feel about recruitment. We find, introduce and support business problem solvers. One + Many is our guiding principle. It's a simple way of defining how we work and deliver better - as a business and as individuals. We recruit, gain insights and share knowledge as a community. It's how we demonstrate value to our clients. It's how we attract great candidates. It's how all of us come together to have an impact that's greater than the sum of our parts. One good person on their own can achieve great things, solve problems, pass on knowledge and make a huge impact. One good person supported, inspired and helped by a community will achieve more. Good people, made better.
