The Role

We are particularly welcoming applications from colleagues with experience of managing or supervising others. Experience or interest in coaching, training delivery and people development in a solution-focussed environment would be particularly beneficial for the post-holder.

Stakeholder management will also be an important aspect of this role, so the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues across the university and our external suppliers will be key. The post-holder will need to be able to represent and negotiate on behalf of the team at meetings and committees, support the development of effective practice alongside stakeholders, and ensure communication channels are effective., Internal applicants wishing to apply on the basis of a secondment from their current position should seek approval for such an arrangement from their current line manager at the earliest possible opportunity/ before applying for the job role.
