AXA-Global Healthcare have a rare opportunity arise as a B2B Marketing Manager to join their growing team. Reporting into the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll lead the delivery of both the acquisition and retention marketing activity for the Intermediary, SME and Large Corporate channels achieving company targets. With a creative mind and experience of writing bespoke copy, you'll own the creation and activation of a range of marketing communications, assets and campaigns to support the distribution team in achieving the sales targets for the year for the channels. You'll work part of your week away from home, at our Tunbridge Wells office, visiting clients or attending industry events. We're also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition. What you'll be doing:

  • Lead and develop communications for intermediary partners across B2B and B2c.
  • Own the annual communications plan for SME business and Large Corporate clients.
  • Own communications and assets to support the distribution team in acquiring SME business.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for large corporate clients, building relationships with key clients.
  • Inspire and motivate the team to achieve their goals and objectives, providing clear direction and support the development of the team, whilst fostering a positive culture.
  • Work with the content team to scope and deliver leadership content and campaign materials to educate intermediaries and SMEs to build brand reputation.
  • Assist with the annual programme of intermediary events, build the programme and manage the execution of events.
  • Manage online intermediary support tools, and support the delivery of regular product reviews.
  • Own the lifecycle of financial and external comms for production and review of marketing collateral.
  • Help to plan and manage the implementation of new product and proposition launches.

  • Experience in running corporate events and hospitality for intermediaries/ B2B clients.
  • Expertise in working with distribution teams and account managers.
  • ABM / Lead gen experience for SMEs desirable, with experience working with external agencies.
  • Experience in email marketing / CRM with Salesforce knowledge a plus.
  • Highly organised with strong communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate creative flair and have experience in copywriting across a range of audiences, with B2B experience a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of working within a regulated industry, ideally the financial services industry (with knowledge of the FCA and Consumer duty regulations).
  • Market awareness and ability to innovate based on external research/intelligence and internal experience.
