Full Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen to becomean administrator ina friendly and supportive team in West Berkshire. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a warm personality and great people skills. Willing to undertake relevant training and be able to demonstrateinnovative practice. You will be an integral member of the Intermediate Care Team. will provide general administrative support to the Intermediate Care Team in West Berkshire. You will work alongside the lead administrator for the team.

  • To have a patient centred approach.
  • To provide efficient and effective secretarial and clerical support, including minute taking and distribution of agenda, booking courses and actioning of voicemail box messages.
  • Communicate andmaintaingood working relationships with Trust staff and external contacts
  • Work alongside Intermediate Care Staff to deliver a triage service to all incoming phone calls/ referrals to the Intermediate Care Team.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in administrative roles, such as record keeping, invoices and telephone calls.
  • Efficient and proactive in carrying out day to day tasks of the role., Disability Confident

  • It'safull-timerole 37.5 hours per week.Operates from 08.00 -16.00hrs. You would be expected to be able to cover all aspects of the shift patterns.
