Full Job Description

Reporting to the MD, Head of LGPS and Consultant Relations, EMEA & Asia, the Intern, Distribution will support the distribution team in various tasks servicing existing clients and supporting with regarding the development of new business opportunities within the institutional client channel.
Your responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for client meetings and presentations, including scheduling, preparing materials, and following up on action items.

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to support distribution strategies.

  • Help to source prospects through various public web sites, industry media and other databases.

  • Work closely with the Distribution team and other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.

  • Support the RFP and database team to coordinate deliverables.

  • Help to maintain and update pertinent prospect and client information in CRM system, Salesforce.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Interest in learning to navigate through CRM systems.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Interest in the financial industry and distribution strategies.

    For all positions in Quebec (Montreal and Laval), proficiency in French, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Working English proficiency is also required in order to serve our offices and clients around the world.
