Intern / Student -Test Technician

The Test Technician Intern is responsible for providing laboratory test support to SAF R & D functions using sophisticated programs to collect data. Will evaluate data and document results of testing on materials. This position will follow standard procedures to ensure adherence to corporate R & D guidelines & both global & local SOPs What you will be doing: QC Testing

• QC Testing Complete mechanical, functional, visual inspection per customer (internal & external) requirements Maintain detailed records of test results
Quality Management
• Responsible for working in compliance to all Quality Management Systems. May assist in developing methods and procedures for quality assurance and control..
  
  High School Diploma, or equivalent, Basic experience of Metrology testing, eg use of Calipers, CMM & Tensile testing instruments an advantage
