Full Job Description
We are looking for a Third Party Risk Intern to join our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team, initially on a 3 month contract, working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate for this role would be responsible for providing support in assisting the team evaluate and assess third party risk through robust supplier due diligence and partnering with the business to make more informed supplier management decisions. This intern will learn about Live Nation Entertainment's supplier procedures, acting with the highest level of integrity and ethical standards in all aspect of their job performance. What you will do:
- Support and participate in risk assessments of Live Nation Entertainment's third party suppliers, including technical security reviews
- Assist with reporting of the supplier program and reviewing documentation for potential and existing suppliers
- Analyze possible security, privacy, health, or legal regulatory issues as part of supplier risk assessment and convey results to both supplier and internal business management
- Shadow more senior members with supplier risk assessment issues or internal deliverables such as documenting an internal review process, or creating a Risk Summary for potential supplier
- Present to senior leaders at the end of internship about the experience and learnings
An interest in beginning a career in Risk Management, Supply Chain, Corporate Social Responsibility, due diligence, Information Security, Privacy, or Compliance - Strong analytical problem-solving skills and confidence in collaborating with internal and external partners
- Proficient communication skills and strong desire to work in a team environment
- Basic understanding of risk assessment methodologies and best practices is a plus
- Currently pursuing/having completed a degree or Masters in Information Technology, Compliance, Risk Management or related field of study or experience in industry is a plus.
